Terms and Conditions (T&Cs):
Check-in from 4pm, Check-out by 11am, unless otherwise arranged.

Around the Site:
• No parties.
• No loud noise after 10 PM.
• No smoking inside (smoking outside is permitted if kept clean).
• Recycling and reuse are expected to limit landfill. Reasonable use of water is required as we are on a meter.
• Guests are responsible for respecting the property and facilities; any damage caused to both buildings, and gardens will incur liability.
• Please leave the space in the condition you found it.
• Respect all objects around the site, as they may be part of an artwork.

Nearby Amenities:
• Local pub, The Old lodge (see link below): 10-minute walk
• Amberley Village shop: 10-minute walk
• Nailsworth: Includes a Morrisons supermarket, cafes, and shops.  Accessible by walking down and then back up a steep footpath through the woods.

Your Safety
• Participation in activities is at your own risk, please inform us of any medical conditions.
• We at The Hide are not qualified to deal with guests with acute mental health needs. If you have mental health needs, please discuss this with us before booking your stay.
• For longer stays, and to ensure the safety of both guests and hosts, providing emergency contact information is a mandatory requirement for your booking.
• For longer stays, an agreement between the resident and The Hide is required before your arrival date.
• Your personal information will be used solely for booking purposes and kept confidential.

Occupancy
If your booking is for single occupancy, extra guests can be arranged with your host for £30 per night, payable in advance.  Confirmation from your host must be obtained before your guest arrives, and payment must be completed before their arrival at The Hide Artist Retreat.

Pets
The Hide is generally dog-friendly (we have two well-behaved dogs on site) but pets are not permitted during your stay unless otherwise arranged.

Commercial Use
No commercial photography or filming is allowed unless previously arranged. Charges apply for commercial use of all spaces at The Hide (e.g., content creation).

Cancellation Policy:

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.

No refund after 7 days before check-in.

Amenities included in your stay:

Bedding, towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet roll and hand wash are provided.  The kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, small electric hob, crockery, glasses, tea towel, utensils, and tea/coffee supplies.
